Oconee Fall Line Technical College issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.

Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) was recognized as ‘Best Continuing Education School’ and ‘Best Customer Service’ in the Sandersville Scene’s 2022 Readers’ Choice edition.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by the readers of the Sandersville Scene for these categories,” shared OFTC President, Erica Harden. “We truly value the community of Sandersville and love the people we serve day in and day out.”

OFTC’s campus in Sandersville has been a part of the Washington County community since 1995 when they offered their first commercial truck driving class. The college quickly grew and added additional programs and services and now serves more than 1,500 students annually amongst their four locations in east, central Georgia.

“One of the things we remind our employees is that OFTC is in the business of transforming lives,” shared Dr. Saketha Adams, OFTC’s Vice President of Student Affairs. “We value the people who walk through our doors, or call us on the phone, and we truly want to help transform their lives and set them on a path toward a successful future. The fact that we get to play a role in bettering the lives of those within our community is humbling and motivating.”

“It brings us joy to know that the Sandersville community senses our commitment to them, and we are honored to receive these recognitions,” she added.
