The Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) Foundation recently announced the creation of the Dr. Jaroy & Elysea Stuckey Dual Enrollment Scholarship which will be awarded annually to a graduating senior from Dublin High School who has enrolled in OFTC to continue their education after high school.
