WASHINGTON, D.C. —  Representative Mike Collins (R-Ga.) delivered a speech on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in support of H.R. 2670, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), for Fiscal Year 2024.

The bill, which passed the House with bipartisan support, includes provisions that extend Congressional support for servicemembers; to include a 5.2% pay raise, increase funding for advanced technologies to deter Communist China's aggression, prohibits the funding of Critical Race Theory (CRT) teaching in the military, removes DEI policies, addresses defense priorities through increased innovation, and grants military personnel who were discharged for not taking the COVID-19 vaccine a path back to service.
