County of Baldwin issued the following announcement on Nov. 29.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BALDWIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECT (CDBG)
CDBG Grant #18p-y-005-1-6046
Baldwin County has completed its FY 2019 CDBG project, CDBG #18p-y-005-1-6046.
The following activities were completed:
Baldwin County constructed sewer improvements on Daphney Street, Marion Street, Oak Drive, Randall Drive and Youngblood Road. A total of 85 residents were served by this project, with 71, or 84% being low to moderate income.
Notice is being given that a Public Hearing will be held on December 13, 2021 at 12:00 pm at the Baldwin County Government Building at 1601 North Columbia Street, Suite 220, Milledgeville Georgia 31061. The purpose of the hearing is to inform citizens of the availability of the final quarterly report, to review project accomplishments and to receive citizen comments. All citizens are invited to attend this hearing to discuss the project. The County will hold the public hearing in accordance with acceptable social distancing and other COVID-related guidelines.
