C.R.E.A.T.E program provides technical assistance, seed capital, and guidance to help support and attract entrepreneurs and small businesses to participating communities and Milledgeville was one of the six communities chosen to participate. The local committee has met several times focusing on Cultivating Rural Entrepreneurs and Transforming Economies and through the survey responses will develop a strategy to help strengthen and grow our entrepreneurial ecosystem.
