Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran makes the following press release:
On Tuesday, June 21, 2022, Washington and Baldwin County deputies arrested CHARLES FRANKLIN LOGGINS, 47 years old, of Milledgeville, was arrested on Green Lane, outside of Oconee, on drug charges and sex offender violations.
Deputies received information that Loggins was residing at a Green Lane residence and was wanted by Baldwin County Sheriff for failing to register as a sex offender.
Deputies from Washington and Baldwin Counties made contact with Loggins at this residence. Upon his arrest, deputies located an amount of methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia.
Mr. Loggins was transported to Washington County Jail and is being held on the following charges:
Felony Probation Violation
Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender Baldwin &Washington Counties
Possession of Methamphetamine Possession of Drug Related Objects.
