Under the leadership of the CEO, the Human Resources Manager is an active member of the Administrative Team that works to determine the strategic vision, goals, and direction. Responsible for the overall operations of the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Manager works very closely with the CEO, the Administrative Team members, and staff members on strategic and human resources operational issues. The Human Resources Manager provides leadership and guidance to departments ensuring compliance with established human resources policies and procedures and represents all human resources dealings with federal and state agencies. This position also serves on several committees throughout the organization and provides reporting and analysis concerning department volume and performance trends and ensures the timely completion of all human resources reporting required by state and federal agencies.
