County of Emanuel issued the following announcement on Oct. 26.
CSRA EOA, INC. LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) will begin November 2, 2021 to assist households with their home heating costs. Our target population at this time is for households who are 65 years and older or medically homebound. If funds are available, the General Public may apply beginning December 2021. Applications for all counties will be accepted by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Due to the continued impact of Covid-19, our offices will not be seeing clients face to face.
