Oconee Fall Line Technical College issued the following announcement on Oct. 18.
Sykia Folsom (Dublin), Aurtavia McRae (Helena), and Kayla Logan Nobles (Danville) were recently named recipients of the CHSGa LPN Scholarship for the fall 2021 semester by the Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) Foundation.
All three scholarship recipients are enrolled in the college’s Practical Nursing program in Dublin.
CHSGa is an organization that employs nurses throughout OFTC’s 11-county service delivery area. Their Foundation – the Community Health Foundation – a service delivery line of CHSGa, has donated $8,000 in scholarship funds to support students enrolled in the Practical Nursing Program at OFTC.
“Congratulations to each of you,” shared Kathy Aaron, OFTC’s Executive Director of Institutional Advancement. “We wish you all continued success in your journey to become nurses.”
