County of Emanuel issued the following announcement on July 24.
We are excited to introduce Stephen Graham as Emanuel County’s Building and Code Enforcement Director and Brandon Frix as Emanuel County’s Code Enforcement Officer. The overall goal for Building, Planning and Code Enforcement is to serve the community by helping to facilitate the building process and to educate citizens on the importance of our local codes and ordinances, ultimately resulting in the betterment of the community.
“I am thankful for the opportunity to serve Emanuel county in this new capacity. I look forward to helping it’s citizens any way I can,” said Stephen.
“I am proud to be a part of this department. I’m looking forward to serving the Citizens of Emanuel county and doing my part to Keep Emanuel beautiful,” said Brandon.
