Help us congratulate Michelle Howard, Anesthesia Tech, on her retirement by liking or leaving a shout out in the comments!

Michelle is preparing to enjoy retirement with her husband after 43 years of faithful service at Fairview Park Hospital! She started as a Unit Secretary, advanced to OR Secretary, and then served the last 26 years as an Anesthesia Tech. What a career!

“It went by just like that. The people here are great, and they take care of their patients well. I always enjoyed my work. It’s hard not to when you’re helping save lives. Fairview is a great place to work, and I had a blast for 43 years. I’m gonna miss every single one of my people. That’s the sad part, but my husband’s happy!”

Congratulations, Michelle! We’re honored to have served with you for 43 wonderful years!
