Georgia Heart: Update: Expanding Our Rural Hospital Lifeline

Yesterday afternoon, the Senate Finance Committee passed a substitute to HB 504, which now includes the Rural Hospital Tax Credit language. The bill removes the cap increase, leaving it at $75 million, and changes the sunset date to 12/31/26. It also removes the $10k to $25k first half of the year contribution limit increase for pass-through owners.
