Washington, D.C. – Representative Mike Collins (R-Ga.) released this statement after voting in favor of H.J.Res 44, a resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) rule entitled “Factoring Criteria for Firearms with Attached ‘Stabilizing Braces.'”

“The ATF’s pistol brace rule is yet another example of the Biden administration attacking the Constitutional rights of law-abiding Americans. I was proud to stand with my colleagues to rescind the ATF’s unconstitutional rule.”
