Washington, D.C. — Representative Mike Collins (R-Ga.) issued the following statement upon the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down President Biden’s student loan bailout:
“I applaud the Supreme Court for affirming that President Biden’s student loan bailout was illegal and unconstitutional,” said Collins. “Not only did Biden never have the authority to force taxpayers without loans to subsidize the debt of others, but, even if he did, such a policy was inappropriate and immoral.”
