The City of Dublin, Georgia has appointed Lindsay Neumann as its new Community Development & Grants Coordinator effective December 12, 2022.

As the Community Development and Grants Coordinator, Neumann is focused on neighborhood revitalization, community engagement and economic development support. She is tasked with securing funding to support city capital improvements, operations, and new programs and initiatives.

Neumann transitioned to the City of Dublin from her position at Visit Dublin GA. She moved to Georgia from Houston, Texas where she specialized in communications and grant coordination for a nonprofit organization that funds cancer research and worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center for seven years. Neumann also has several years of experience in event management and planning.

Neumann shared, “Dublin is full of wonderful people who love this community, and I am lucky to call it my home. The City of Dublin staff is top notch. I am thrilled to be a part of the positive changes happening throughout our city.” Neumann looks forward to reimplementing the Neighborhood Partnership Program and working with community organizations and schools on projects throughout the city.

“Lindsay Neumann has hit the ground running as our new Community Development and Grants Coordinator,” said City Planner Tara Bradshaw. “Our city leadership has charted a course for renewed focus on community revitalization, quality growth, and leveraging our local dollars to achieve highest impact, and I am confident that Lindsay will be a tremendous asset in achieving this vision. As a person that chose to relocate to Dublin several years ago, Lindsay brings with her a unique perspective, and as a resident of the Stubbs Park community, she has an understanding of the challenges facing our neighborhoods and the resources available to help tackle those challenges head on.”

Lindsay was born and raised in Cody, Wyoming and enjoys anything to do with the great outdoors. She is married to Andy Neumann and currently has five animals. She and Andy enjoy traveling and spending time with friends. She completed the Master Gardener Program through UGA in 2019 and is the chair of the City of Dublin Tree Board. She is a member of Dublin Service League and serves on the planning committee for the annual Kid’s Cup Wheels and Wings event.
